Approve the appointment of Ms. Linda J. Olsen and reappointment of Mr. Edward Borgnaes to the Pollution Control Corporation of the County of Cochise, for a six year term expiring on February 2, 2024, as requested in correspondence from the Pollution Control Corporation.
Background:
The Board of Directors of the Pollution Control Corporation of the County of Cochise have appointed Ms. Olsen and reappointment Mr. Borgnaes and would like the Board's approval as per procedure for this Corporation.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Notify the Corporation of the Board's decision.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The Corporation will not have a quorum and there will be a vacancy.
