Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Cochise County Development services and the City of Benson for rural street naming and addressing services effective July 25, 2018 for five years with automatic annual renewals.
Background:
Renew an updated IGA between Cochise County and the City of Benson for rural street naming and addressing services. The current IGA with the City of Benson is expired. The new IGA for Board approval will remain in effect for five years.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Continue rural street naming and addressing services to the City of Benson.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Rural street naming and addressing services will not be provided to the City of Benson and loss of revenue for services provided.

I will provide to BOS staff the approved signed copy by the City of Benson. After approval by BOS, signatures by the County Attorney, Chair of the Board, and Clerk of the Board. Record a signed copy and provide a recorded signed copy to the Development Services Department. Mail a signed recorded copy to the City Clerk, City of Benson.
