Approve Intergovernmental Agreement between Cochise County Development Services and the Town of Huachuca City for Plan Review and Building Inspection Services.
Background:
Renew an updated IGA between Cochise County and the Town of Huachuca City for Plan Review and Building Inspection services. The new IGA for Board approval will remain in effect for five years. The IGA is intended to be used on an as-needed basis.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide plan review and building inspection services for the Town of Huachuca City on an as-needed basis.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Plan review and building inspection services will not be provided to the Town of Huachuca City.
To BOS Staff: Document Disposition/Follow-Up:
Dan Coxworth will provide to BOS staff the approved signed copy by the Town of Huachuca City. After approval by BOS, signatures by the County Attorney, Chair of the Board, and Clerk of the Board. Record a signed copy and provide a recorded signed copy to the Development Services Department. Mail a signed recorded copy to the Town Clerk, Town of Huachuca City.
