Adopt Zoning Ordinance 18-06 approving Docket Z-18-06 (Lara) amending certain zoning district boundaries from SR-43 (Single Household Residential; one dwelling per acre) to SR-22 (Single Household Residential; one dwelling per 22,000 square feet), pursuant to the application of Frank Lara.

The Ordinance and Conditions will be recorded and the official zoning map will be updated.

The zoning of the parcel will remain SR-43 and no additional dwelling will be permitted.
