Approve Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Transferred Youth funding agreement as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 in the amount of $2,000.
Background:
The purpose of these treatment/intervention funds are to enhance supervision programs to ensure adult probation departments address criminogenic needs and work toward recidivism reduction.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer program.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No funding for Adult Probation treatment programs.
