Approve Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Juvenile Crime Reduction Fund funding agreement as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 in the amount of $7,100.
Background:
The purpose of these treatment/intervention funds are to support the juvenile courts and probation departments to impact the number of repetitive offenders; specifically for the GED program.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer program.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No funding for GED programs.
