Approve a new license application for a Class A Bingo license submitted by Ms. Kimmi Lammi, KL Mescal Bar and Grill located at 70 N. Cherokee Trail, Benson, AZ 85602.
Background:
Ms. Kimmi Lammi, has applied for a Bingo License located at 70 N. Cherokee Trail, Benson, AZ 85602. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question have been paid in full for the 2017 tax year. The Planning and Zoning Department have no issues with the approval of this license.
The Health Department has no concerns with the granting of this license. This establishment is currently under a permit to operate with this division.
Ms. Lammi has paid the $5.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this Bingo license is attached.
