Approve Third Amendment to Agreement for Employment for County Administrator Edward Gilligan.
Background:
The Second Amendment to the Employment Agreement with the County Administrator calls for an evaluation of the County Administrator by the Board on or before April 30, 2019. The Board conducted that evaluation and, based on that, has proposed a $3,000 raise. Accordingly, this Third Amendment to the Employment Agreement reflects that increase, as well as an extension of the Agreement for another year.
