Adopt Resolution 19-05 Establishing Kings Ranch Road as a Declared County Highway.
Background:
Kings Ranch Road is a public roadway used to access parcels within the Palominas Ranch area. In a prior Board action, it was requested to add this road to County Maintenance System and to participate in the Public/Private Partnership. To improve the road to a paved surface, the road must be declared a County Highway. This action completes the requirements of the Partnership.
In accordance with statute, staff has given notice of this public hearing for two weeks in the designated newspaper.

If the recommendation is approved, no further board action is required.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
That portion of Kings Ranch Road will not be established as a Declared County Highway.
