Reappoint Rusty Winkler to the Public Lands Advisory Committee (PLAC) from District 2 for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2011 and through June 30, 2013.
Background:
Rusty Winkler needs to be reappointed to the PLAC as his term expired on June 30, 2011. Supervisor English would like to reappoint Mr. Winkler and Mr. Winkler has expressed his willingness to serve.
