Ratify approval of the Fill The Gap (FTG) Application for Fiscal Year 2012.
Background:
Approval of this application constitutes the ongoing utilization of local and state Fill the Gap funding, The plans for utilization of this funding do not constitute any changes from the prior several years and are dedicated to the processing of felony cases in Cochise County. When obtained, the funding agreement resulting from this application will be brought before the Board of Supervisors for approval.
The application needed to be filed with the AOC prior to the next Board meeting and required the Chairman's signature. This action is merely to ratify approval of that application.
