Approve lease agreement with Arizona State Land Department for use of tower space in the amount of $2400 annually effective September 12, 2019 through September 11, 2029.
Background:
DPS turned over Mule Mountain Tower Site to Cochise County several years ago. This agreement is to formalize lease with the Arizona State Land Department.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Send Arizona State Land Department one original fully executed agreement, send second agreement to IT.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Cochise County must take over control of this tower site to ensure all communications throughout the county remain stable and no delays in response times.
