Approve Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Criminal Justice Enhancement Fund (CJEF) Substance Abuse funding agreement as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 in the amount of $18,730.
Background:
The purpose of these treatment/intervention funds are to enhance supervision programs to ensure adult probation departments address criminogenic needs and work toward recidivism reduction.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No funding for Adult Probation treatment programs.
