Approve Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Juvenile Intensive Probation Supervision Program funding agreement as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 in the amount of $282,354.
Background:
The purpose of the allocations for the intensive probation supervision program is to achieve or maintain the average juvenile probation case supervision requirement and to support supervision activities.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer program.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No AOC funding for intensive adult probation/surveillance officers and support staff.
