Approve Community Enhancement Fund expenditures for District 3 in Willcox effective October 22, 2019 to address hazard abatement / community clean-up in that community.
Background:
Supervisor Judd has submitted approval for two Willcox projects: water dirt road on September 22, 2019 and roll off placed at the Beacon at the Willcox Airport for storm clean up.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Release funds for projects.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Projects will not be funded.
To BOS Staff: Document Disposition/Follow-Up:
Submit City of Willcox Invoice to Finance for payment and notify Ms. Watkins via email of approved project and payment.
Email roll off for Beacon at Willcox Airport Community Enhancement Fund Project form to Jason Faccio, jfaccio@cohcise.az.gov; Jessica Moore, jmoore@cochise.az.gov; and Janice Kowalec, jkowalec@cochise.az.gov and cc: board@cochise.az.gov. Public Works will handle the transfer of funds.
