Determine the validity of the petitions received from the organizers of the proposed Sunsites Community Park Maintenance District
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), the Board of Supervisors may vote to go into Executive Session for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body and for discussion or consultation with the attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation.

Background:
The organizers of the proposed Sunsites Community Park Maintenance District turned in their petitions on October 31, 2011. The Assessor has since determined that the petiion count exceeds the required number of signatures. 556 signatures were needed and 569 were collected in favor of the district formation

Adopt a Resolution establishing the Sunsites Community Park Maintenance District.

No community park maintenance will be established.
