Approve Amendment 1 to the Court Consolidation Agreement between Cochise County and the City of Bisbee, retroactive from June 30, 2011 and effective until June 30, 2012.
Background:
Cochise County entered into a court consolidation agreement with the City of Bisbee several years ago. There has been a few changes to the agreement and these changes need to be acknowledged and recorded.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Staff will notify the City of Bisbee that the agreement has been approved by the Board.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Changes to the agreement will not be valid.
