Approve the appointment of Ms. Charlotte Cox and reappointment of Ms. Patricia Pinson and Ms. Mary Dobers to the Pollution Control Corporation of the County of Cochise, for a six-year term expiring on February 17, 2026, as requested in correspondence from the Pollution Control Corporation.
Background:
The Board of Directors of the Pollution Control Corporation of the County of Cochise have appointed Ms. Charlotte Cox and reappointed Ms. Patricia Pinson and Ms. Mary Dobers and would like the Board's approval as per procedure for this Corporation.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Notify the Corporation of the Board's decision.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The Corporation will not have a quorum and there will be a vacancy.
