Authorize the Public Defender's Office to accept court-appointed guardianship cases per Arizona Revised Statute 11-584 (10) and advise the Presiding Judge of the approved authorization.
Background:
Ms. Amy Hunley, Clerk of the Court coordinated with the Public Defender's office to handle court-appointed guardianship cases.
