Approve a Five-Year Contract with Mr. James E. Mize, a One Stop Operator to be overseen by Arizona @ Work in the not to exceed amount of $10,000 annually for a total of $50,000, effective March 10, 2020.

Background:

Cochise County Procurement issued a Request for Proposal to obtain competitive vendor pricing in the open market for One Stop Operator Services.  One sealed proposal was sealed proposal was submitted and is attached to this agenda item. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

The five-year contract will be awarded to Mr. James E. Mize in the amount not to exceed $10,000.00 annually for a total of $50,000.00.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

It will be necessary to issue another Request for Proposal (RFP) for the One Stop Operator Services.
