Adopt Zoning Ordinance 20-04 to approve Docket Z-20-02 reverting certain Zoning District Boundaries from R-36 to RU-4, pursuant to the application of Garth and Cheryl St. Germain.
Background:
The subject parcel was conditionally rezoned in 2006 to R-36 requiring a subdivision plat prior to issuance of any permits. Since 2006, the St. Germain family purchased the property and will build a 4000 square foot single-family residence on the property. Without the submittal of a subdivision plat under the current R-36 zoning, the applicants are required to revert the zoning of the property back to RU-4.

Update the Cochise County Zoning map
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The current property owner will not be able to obtain permits for the property to construct their home without submitting a subdivision plat.
