Elect ______________________ as Vice-Chairman to the Board of Supervisors, effective January 1, 2012.
Background:
The current Vice-Chairman was elected by the Board to serve as Vice-Chair, effective 6/1/2010, eighteen months ago. The Board wishes to share the responsibility for Vice-Chairmanship and therefore rotates assignment to that seat periodically.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Notify departments, other counties, CSA, AACO and NACo of change in Vice-Chairmanship.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Current Vice-Chair will remain until another is elected.
