Approve an agent change/acquisiton of control liquor license application for a series #10 (beer & wine) liquor license submitted by Mr. Alfonso D. Galindo for Palo Verde Stop-N-Go located at 3219 N. Washington Avenue, Douglas, 85607.
Background:
Mr. Alfonso D. Galindo has applied for a series #10 (beer & wine) for Palo Verde Stop-N-Go located at 3219 N. Washington Avenue, Douglas, 85607. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division noted that the applicant, Alfonso Galindo is working with the Environmental Health Specialists in Douglas to ensure compliance with the Cochise County Sanitary Code, Arizona Food Code, Prop 201 and all necessary requirements prior to opening the facility. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are current.
Mr. Alfonso Galindo has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
