Adopt amended and previously recorded Zoning Ordinance 19-04, approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 11, 2019, to correct errors and omissions.
Background:
Errors and omissions include the incorrect description of the location of the property and conditions approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission and presented to the Board during the public hearing on June 11, 2019. See attached BOS June presentation for conditions as presented to the BOS.
