Dr. Church works with local governments on organizational culture design, change agility, strategic off-site facilitation, and leadership development based on her vast 25-year career with Fortune 500, government, non-profits, and academia. Maria holds a Doctorate of Management degree in Organizational Leadership and currently teaches for several universities.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):
If approved, staff will schedule the workshop series through February 2022. Staff will continue to develop other training programs for employees, including an in-house led Supervisor 101 and 102 training for managers and additional budget/finance training on a variety of topics.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If not approved, staff will continue to develop other programs on an individual basis for the County's leaders. However, these programs will be online and only offered sporadically. There will not be a cohesive program that all can participate in at one time.
