Approve Contract 21-20-HEA-01 with Rapid-Trace for Staffing Services - COVID-19 Case Investigations and Contract Tracing, effective April 6, 2021 through October 6, 2021, with the option to extend as needed.
Background:
Currently and since the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Health and Social Services Department has been using County staff to do COVID-19 case tracking and investigations.
Health and Social Services requested that Procurement issue a formal request for proposal for this service. The Procurement Department issued Request for Proposal 21-20-HEA-01 on February 10, 2021. Thirteen Vendors submitted proposals.
All proposals were reviewed by the Health and Social Services Department and Procurement with the winning bidder being Rapid-Trace.
