Approve Amended Assurance Agreement for Lot 151 (former Lot 10), Kings Ranch at Coronado subdivision.
Background:
The Darell Dunafon Trust has deeded Lot 151 (former Lot 10) in Kings Ranch at Coronado subdivision to RL Workman. The subdivision improvements have not been completed for this lot. The subdivision regulations require that all unimproved lots be placed under an assurance agreement until all subdivision improvements have been completed. Once the improvements are completed, the County can release the lot for sale. Therefore, this amended assurance agreement is necessary to place this lot under Trust No. 320827 whose beneficiary is RL Workman and can be released from Trust No.321365 due to change of lot ownership.

Staff will provide the Clerk's office with the original Amended Assurance Agreement for the Board Chairman's signature
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Lot 151 (former Lot 10) in Kings Ranch at Coronado subdivision under RL Workman ownership will not be held under Amended Assurance Agreement Trust No. 320827, as required by the Cochise County Subdivision Regulations.
