Approve Lease Agreement with St. Patrick Roman Catholic Parish-Bisbee, for parking lot use by County employees and the public attending court proceedings, for $1,000 per month, effective May 24, 2022, through May 23, 2023, with automatic one-year renewals.
Background:
The County has a lack of parking available at the Courthouse and Old Administrative Building in Bisbee. This agreement will allow employees and the public utilizing court services to park at the St. Patrick's Church parking lot.
