Adopt Resolution 21-13 transferring lots within Kings Ranch at Coronado to Pioneer Title Agency Inc., as trustee of that certain Trust Agreement known as Trust Number 321365.

Background:

In 2012, 10.87 acres within the Kings Ranch at Coronado subdivision were transferred to Cochise County to be used for stormwater capture and recharge facilities. Included in the 10.87 acres, were three residential lots comprising of 3.13 acres. Our department feels the location of these lots is not conducive to stormwater capture or recharge facilities and therefore should be transferred back to the original owner, Pioneer Title Agency Inc., as trustee of that certain Trust Agreement known as Trust Number 321365.

Record deed transferring parcel to Pioneer Title Agency Inc., as trustee of that certain Trust Agreement known as Trust Number 321365

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

Parcels will remain vested in Cochise County and not on the Cochise County tax roll.

Please add Resolution No. to the Quit Claim Deed prior to recording. Record the Resolution first, then the Quit Claim Deed last, separately.  Please return original deed to Teresa Murphy ENR with a copy of the recorded resolution.
