Approve a proclamation opposing the Federal Government's 30 X 30 Land Preservation Goal.
Background:
The current administration directed the Secretary of the Interior, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, to develop a program to conserve at least 30 percent of lands and waters in the United States by 2030 ("30 x 30 program") and if implemented, is likely to cause significant harm to the local tax base, schools and economy of Arizona.

Publicize the issue.

Most people will not realize the costly impact in terms of food prices and restrictions on resources.
