Approve a Series 12 (Restaurant) new Liquor License application submitted by Ms. Sara Burger, for Talking Irons Coffee Saloon, located at 113 N. Frontage Road, Pearce, AZ 85625.
Background:
Ms. Sara Burger has applied for a Series 12 (Restaurant) liquor license, for Talking Irons Coffee Saloon located at 113 N. Frontage Road, Pearce, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. The Health Department advised the applicant is licensed with CHSS Environmental Health. Development Services recommended approval of the application. The Treasurer's Office advised there were delinquent 2020 property taxes for the parcel in question, however, the applicant has since paid the 2020 taxes in full. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
Ms. Sara Burger has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
