Approve a Series #12 (Restaurant) new Liquor License application submitted by Mr. Alfonso Dominic Galindo, for Palo Verde El Toro Steakhouse, located at 3219B N Washington Ave, Douglas, AZ 85607.
Background:
Mr. Alfonso Dominic Galindo has applied for a (Restaurant) liquor license, located at 3219B N Washington Ave, Douglas, AZ 85607. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. The Treasurer's Office advised the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Health Department will notify the applicant that he will be required to obtain the proper permits before operating the business. Development Services recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
