Approve the appointment of Mr. Marty Minnick to the Redistricting Advisory Commission as a representative from District 3.
Background:
On August 21, the Board approved the appointments to the Redistricting Advisory Commission. However, a vacancy has occurred for a position from District 3. Supervisor Peggy Judd has nominated Mr. Marty Minnick for the role.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Clerk of the Board will send Mr. Minnick the Oath of Office, OML Review, and provide any additional information on future meetings.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
District 3 will not have equal representation on the Redistricting Advisory Commission.
