Approve appointment of ____________________ to the SouthEastern Arizona Community Action Program (SEACAP) and update Committee or Board Assignments for the Board Roster as Amendment 1 for fiscal year 2021-22.
Background:
Executive Director, Ms. Yvette A. Ramirez has submitted a letter of invitation to serve on the Agency Board in the Public Sector for Cochise County to the Board of Supervisors in order for them to continue receiving federal funds.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Notify SEACAP of Public Sector Representative appointment.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
SEACAP will not receive federal funds.
