Approve Commercial Lease No. 03-072850-00, for tower site land use, from Arizona State Land Department in the amount of $2,400 annually, effective April 1, 2021 through August 22, 2026.
Background:
The previous ten-year lease (#03-72850) expired in March 2021 and is needed to keep using this tower site.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Send signed copy to Arizona State Land Department and pay required annual fee.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
We would lose the use of this tower site. This site is critical for first responders radio system and the counties internal network.
