Approve fiscal year 2022-2023 Adult Probation Funding Agreement, as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in the amount of $2,093,677.
Background:
87The purpose of the allocation for Adult Probation is to support the adult courts and probation department, to achieve or maintain the average adult probation case supervision requirement, to ensure the department addresses criminogenic needs, and work toward recidivism reduction.
This agreement provides for the following:
State Aid Enhancement (SAE) $874,510,
Adult JCEF - SAE Assistance $135,683,
Adult Intensive Probation Supervision (IPS) $844,744,
Adult JCEF - IPS Assistance $22,256,
Community Punishment Program (CPP) $66,392,
Drug Treatment & Education Fund (DTEF) $64,742,
Adult Drug Court $66,377,
CJEF - Substance Abuse $18,973
This agreement provides for the following:
