Approve a new liquor license application for a series #12 (restaurant) liquor license submitted by Ms. Marybeth for MBeez located at 4301 S. Hwy 92, Sierra Vista, 85635.
Background:
Ms. Marybeth Cox has applied for a series #12 (restaurant) new liquor license for MBeez located at 4301 S. Hwy 92, Sierra Vista, 85635. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division noted that the applicant, Ms. Cox is working with the Environmental Health Specialists in Sierra Vista to ensure compliance with the Cochise County Sanitary Code, Arizona Food Code, Prop 201 and all necessary requirements prior to opening the facility. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are not current.
Ms. Marybeth Cox has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
