Approve Arizona State Land Commercial Lease 03-083013-00, for Cochise County Department of Solid Waste Management, in the amount of $2,400 annually, effective October 6, 2022 through October 5, 2032.
Background:
San Simon transfer station is located on State land and requires this lease to continue the use of this land.

Return signed lease and pay annual fee.

Will need to relocate San Simon transfer station.
