Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) CTR062088, Prop 201 Smoke Free Arizona, between the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Cochise Health & Social Services, in the amount of $63,001 annually, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027.
Background:
Under IGA CTR062088, Cochise Health and Social Services Division of Environmental Health educates public places, places of employment, and citizens within our jurisdiction on the Smoke Free Arizona Act. CCHSS EH Division responds to written, on-line, and telephone complaints or other means of communication directly received from the public. This IGA is renewed every five years.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
