Approve Contract with Fluoresco Services, to construct an entryway monument sign at the Bisbee-Douglas International Airport in the amount of $51,480.
Background:
Cochise County went out for Public Bid as Request for Quotation 23-18-AIR-01 and received two quotes. The lowest bidder, Fluoresco Services, was selected. The project is funded with $25,000 from District 2 Community Enhancement (discretionary) funds, approved by the BOS on 11/15/2022, and the remaining from the County's Capital Improvements fund.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide a notice to proceed to Fluoresco Services.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The new sign at the BDI will not be constructed.
