Approve Community Enhancement Fund expenditures for District 3: Roll-offs for Willow Lakes Community Cleanup, in the amount of $3,000.
Background:
Supervisor Judd has submitted for approval: 3-4 Roll-offs in Willow Lakes early April, placed at community center and possible other locations. Community of Willow Lakes had a few properties that are actively being cleaned and a community center where roll offs can be placed and would be appreciated by the whole area. I will need to instruct further on placement other than the community center.

Release funds for project.
