Approve Series 12 (Restaurant) new liquor license application submitted by Manuel Gerardo Grajeda, for La Sierra Grill Steakhouse, located at 7196 S. Highway 92, Hereford, AZ 85615.
Background:
Mr. Manuel G. Grajeda has applied for a Series 012 (Restaurant) liquor license for La Sierra Grill Steakhouse, located at 7196 S. Highway 92, Hereford, AZ 85615. The Sheriff's Office has no recommendation. The Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are paid in full. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. The Environmental Health Department has been working with the property owner on health-related issues with the subject property. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
