Approve Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Court Improvement Program (CIP) funding agreement, as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), in the amount of $49,140, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
Background:
The Court Improvement Program is designed to assess and improve court proceedings regarding foster care and adoption and to help maintain the focus on a child's safety, permanency and well-being.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer the program.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No funding for the Court Improvement Program.
