Approve inter-departmental transfer of $120,000 from Cochise Health Systems contingency fund to Title 36 Mental Health Department.
Background:
Title 36 claims exceeded the annual budgeted amount of $210,00 by mid-February. Have paid approximately $30,000 per month for Title 36 in-patient evaluations this FY to date. Estimating an additional $120,000 for remainder of this FY.

Contact Finance to transfer funds ASAP.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Unable to pay Title 36 claims which are the responsibility of Cochise County.
