Adopt Zoning Ordinance 23-12 to rezone parcels 106-15-042 and 106-15-043 from SR-43 (Residential, one dwelling per 43,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural, one dwelling per 4 acres), pursuant to the application of Mr. Dale Dickamore.
Background:
The applicant requests a rezoning from SR-43 (Single Residential, one dwelling per 43,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural, one dwelling per 4 acres). The property was rezoned in 2005 with the condition that the applicant files a subdivision plat within 18 months. To remove this condition, the applicant must revert the zoning to RU-4.
