Approve Grant Agreement 3-04-0013-017-2023 with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the design to reconstruct runway 17/35 at the Bisbee-Douglas International Airport, in the amount of $378,390, effective upon signature until the Final Post Completion Inspection Certification is issued.
Background:
Grant Offer for Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Project No. 3-04-0013-017-2023 at Bisbee Douglas International Airport. The FAA has approved the project to reconstruct runway 17/35 at BDI. The grant before the BOS is for the design portion.

Sign the Grant Agreement and provide documentation that the BOS approved the grant.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Runway 17/35 at BDI will continue to deteriorate, potentially becoming unsafe for pilots.
