Approve the transfer of tax deeded property, Assessor Parcel Number 206-21-336, to the Cochise County Engineering & Natural Resources Department, for potential transportation or flood control purposes.
Background:
Annually the Board of Supervisors holds a public auction of tax parcels. Parcels are offered to departments within the County for use to the benefit of the public. Engineering & Natural Resources has requested the following parcel, 260-21-336, be removed from the tax sale, and vested in their department.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
ENR staff will Execute the deed.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If not approved, Parcel will not be transferred to ENR.
