Approve the Drug, Gang, and Violent Crime Control Program Funding Agreement, as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, in the amount of $75,428.48 and the required $25,142.83 matching funds, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
Background:
This grant provides wages and employer related expense funding that covers two (2) pre-sentence report writers, at 0.36 and two (2) pre-trial officers at .29.
The required $25,142.83 matching funds were budgeted in the general fund budget submitted by Adult Probation.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer program. Request cash transfer from the General Fund for the required match.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
