Adopt Zoning Ordinance 23-18 to rezone parcel 106-15-091D from R-36 (Residential, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural, one dwelling per 4 acres), pursuant to the application of Renee Farkas.
Background:
The applicant requests a rezoning from R-36 (Residential, one dwelling per 43,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural, one dwelling per 4 acres). The property was rezoned in 2006 with the condition that the applicant file a subdivision plat within 18 months. To remove this condition, the applicant must revert the zoning to RU-4.
