Agenda Item Text:
Approve Amendment 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement Emergency Management Performance Grant EMF-2023-APP-00008-SO1 correcting the effective date range to July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
Background:
The original subrecipient agreement for the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) incorrectly listed effective dates of July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024. The correct, and amended, effective dates are July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. This agreement was originally approved by the Board of Supervisors on October 24, 2023. The EMPG funds the County Emergency Management Department with a 50% match.

Department will forward approved amendment to AZDEMA.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
EMPG agreement dates will be incorrect.
